I have found my IP address using a find IP web site but when I FTP the address I cant login do I have to enable anything special

Are you trying to access ftp from inside or outside your network. Then look at your Remote Access settings and see wether you have enabled ftp for the internal or external setting, depending on which one you want.

If I login as a user I can see users directory and mail but I need to give users remote access to an ibay from external network
