Brad,

Thanks for giving a straight answer. I had posted a similar question and gave up based on the lack of a direct answer. I am currently using Mambo server, but they are about to release version 4.5 and the system requirements are:
PHP 4.1.2 or above – http://www.php.net
My SQL 3.23.x or above – http://www.mysql.com
Apache 1.13.19 or above – http://www.apache.org
with My SQL, XML and Zlib support built into PHP

Since I haven't installed 6.0 Beta (don't have an "extra" server sitting around doing nothing), I can't tell for sure if there will be a problem, but it would also appear that there may be some problems with Apache only being 1.3.x when 1.13.19 is the minimum requirement.

There is also no indication of XML or Zlib for those of us that are new to the world of Linux. Can someone provide some insight on these details?

I hate to quote myself but "a new download mirror was announced on the devinfo mailing list. It's at http://www.mirror.ac.uk/sites/e-smith.org/. It has a really cool feature that lets you browse the contents of an iso." If you do not understand why this answers all questions about package versions in SME, please say so.

Robert,

Some people insist on being spoonfed: You just told Bert that his lunch was on the kitchen counter,- you didn't put it in his mouth. ;-)

I just noticed that Mitel also put the output of 'ls -lRt' of the installation cdrom in the same directory as the iso; not sure if it was up there all along. That will tell you what the package versions are as well.

Robert,

Thanks! Once I figured out what the icon was for (not totally intuitive), I found everything I needed. It would just be much easier if there was a link that had it all right on the e-Smith site.
