We have a e-Smith system that is working fine but it appears larger emails are being returned by Bigpond because the e-smith 'server has not connected within the last 24 hrs'. This is not true as other email and browsing is working. Bigpond think that the e-smith server is not staying on-line for long enough to collect the mail, when the call is activated by qmail. Browsing times are certainly long enough. Has anyone else seen a similar problem.
