Topic: Personal- directory and e-mail problem

I've got a problem with some of my user accounts.
They don't seem to have a personal directory, and when I wanne get their mail, the password is rejected. The directory's are on the server, and the e-mal accounts are activated (have send a message to the problem users, and they are accepted by qmail).

What should I do?
