Topic: Upgrade or destroy

Ok I'm downloading 4.1.1 through my 4.0 box.   I'm gonna burn it.  Can anyone tell me why I should install it?  And if I do will it upgrade my 4.0 or destroy it?

The PDF version of the 4.0 manual has been on the FTP site since 4.0 was
released. The HTML versions of the 4.0 and 4.1 manuals are comparatively
recent, but have been available for some months (4.1 as a work in progress).

4.1 provides a link to the manual from the console and the web manager.
