I setup the e-smith server to serve as a VPN server and it seems to work fine when W2K clients have 128 bit encryption installed. I do have 1 problem though. One of the clients is running on STARBAND (satelite up/down) can not establish the connection. This client times out on a standard ping but if you increase the wait time to 2 seconds you loose 20% and at 3 seconds you loose no packets. This has to do with the latency of the satelite. My questiuon is there anything I can do to change any timeouts on the VPN in the configuration.
