I am trying to configure a Pentamedia Satellite card to work with the new e-smith 4.12 and am having difficulties.
The network driver is installed and running, but when I try to access any external ip address no data is received through the proxy or gateway.
Pinging an external ip, causes ping to 'hang' with no results, but the traffic is coming back via the satellite card. (RX Packets increment)
It seems as if the data is getting back via the satellite but e-smith is not listening on this interface.
The outgoing link is ppp0
I had this same setup running fine on an e-smith 4.0 box.
Any ideas ?
