Topic: ibay management via ftp

I am running e-smith version 4.1.2 and have several web site on this box.  The manual says that you can allow someone to manage a website by logging in as the ibay name and use the ibay password.  I have tried this on several fresh installs and cant get this to work.

  If someone has got this to work could you let me know how.  I posted this to the bug list with no response.  Please don't answer this with the answer that Ibays are not writeable via the group name and password, the manual says you can.

Hi Jason,

  I belive that you have to log on as a user that is part of the group that owns the ibay and the ibay's password...


ie:
Ibay belongs to group gamers.   icky is member of group gamers. if icky loges in using the password for the ibay he can manage it.
