1stly Really sorry that I am using this for a message that may be deemed personal.

Dan, I have seen your postings in Wishlist column abour webmail and Horde.

This looks like it is going to save me lots of time and pain. I have decided NOT to open my server upto the RELAY side of the world and this is the only other alternative I have.

I have tried to access the links that you added to :
http://users3.50megs.com/danb35/download/imp-2.2.0-1esmith1.src.rpm
and the rest, but that side does not give me much. Is there another spot I can grab these downloads from?

Thanks for your help.

Again I am sorry about this personal message. I am a desperate man.

All the files are here, on ftp.e-smith.org.  For the current documentation, check out http://linux.made-to-order.net and scroll down a bit.  I haven't updated the documentation to mention the latest version of e-smith-php4 yet, though--you'll want to grab 0.3, not 0.2.  Sorry about 50megs.com, but they decided to nuke my site a couple of months ago for no apparent reason.

Your documentation is good but not IDIOT proof:-)

I am battling to get the GUI interface up. Trying to get the IMP config going all I can get is the blank config, this is probably simple but do I have to manually make entries in the blank doc? Or is it all done via the web interface?

If there is more detailed documentation please refer me to this.

Thanks.

I am slowly getting to grips with Linux and I am sure I will get better.........

got that running thanks.

BUT -there always is one - I can only send mail to the users on the localhost - I cant seem to send mail to users on the web or anywhere else other than those on the box I am logged into.

If I use outlook to send messages it is fine.

??

Thanks for your time.
