How do I change the web server port?

I want to change the Apache default port to 8080 instead of 80. Where should I make this change? I tried changing the file 05Port in /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf but this had no effect. I also copied these settings into templates-custom. Again no effect. Any ideas?

Right, except that I want to change it to be port 8080. How do I do that? Normally in Apache you just edit the httpd.conf file. It seems to be different on the e-smith server.Rick wrote:
