Topic: Using DMZ Win2k+E-smith

I'm currently using just the e-smith server as a gateway and ftp+www server. This works perfecty. For internal use of my organization I'm using a windows 2k Terminal server. I would like to use the terminal server also form my home without having to call in. Is it posible to create a DMZ for a sertain port to acces te terminal server form the internet when it is behind the firewall of e-smith, on the internal network (eg by using a VPN or something like that)? Can somebody help me?
