How do i set up the dns on my e-smith. I have nobody that can run dns for me on my dsl line. help please.

First, check out
www.zoneedit.com
or soa.granitecanyon.com. Both provide free primary and secondary DNS service (though with zoneedit, there's a limit of 5 domains for free; after that, you have to pay). If you really want to run your own, you'll still need a secondary DNS server, but check out
http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO.html
and
http://www.hill.com/library/staffpubs/dns.html
