I really need help on getting E-Smith to work and be able to do some of these things?

Thanks

E-smith has support for VPN included although it can be a bit tricky to set up with win98 though (Win2K is a breeze). The clients have to have the 128 bit encryption installed. Not too sure about the Access Database though, I suppose if you placed the DB in an e-smith i-bay that was setup as a network share it'd probably work (I'm not too sure about multiple users though). You can find info regarding sharing docs etc in the manual located here http://e-smith.org/docs/manual/4.1/ibayshareddrive.html Which accounting system were you trying to allow access to?
