IMP problem

IMP problem

When trying to connect to IMP I get the following:

Warning: Access denied for user: 'hordemgr@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/httpd/horde-phplib/db_mysql.inc on line 73

Any ideas?

This means that your MYSQL server is not running.

You can start it with the following command 'mysql start'
from de E-Smith console.

You may also need to Grant_access to a user trying to access mysql ... the solution / guide to doing this is on this message board if you search

If you're using the webmail system packaged with e-smith 4.1.2, and you've made no changes (like, for example, changing the password for the database user), you shouldn't have any need to run any kind of grant command in mysql.
