Hi all,
I'ved installed contributed Howto of SquidGuard and all database for it. I'ved also installed the Transproxy contributed RPM. All that is ok. But now, the Proxy server is very very slow. I'ved try to do that to empty the cache :
service squid stop
squid -z <--- The problem is here, look at the following :
FATAL: Unable to open configuration file: /etc/squid/squid.conf: (2) No such file or directory
Squid Cache (Version 2.3.STABLE4): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.010 seconds = 0.010 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 196
!!!! It seems that the config file is not present !
Do i have to reinstall the original RPM package from Squid and E-Smith-Proxy to get it back ??
