Topic: Restricting internet access

I have a web-based application that I need to give users on the local ip network access to but need to restrict them for outside internet access.  I am currently using Squidguard and the content filtering add-on for the manager but do not want to implement user authentication.  Is there a way I can accomplish this type of restriction?
