I have a small office with 4 windows 98 machines, 1 Linux server and 1 e-smith server (server only mode, 2 ethernets).
I'm trying to print on a remote Lexmark 3200 on one of the windows machines from the e-smith server but doesn't work.
I have verified the correct user - password combination and that the job gets to the e-smith server but then it is uncapable to send the job to the remote printer.
If I install the printer on LPT1 of the e-smith server works fine. If I print directly from the windows machines to the remote windows printer it works fine, but if I try to print trough the remote printer in the e-smith won't work.
NOTE.- From the windows machines I can see the printer in the e-smith server so I can proceed with a network printer installation.
Can you help me ?
