Topic: installing modules and file sharing problem

How do I install modules, such as the e-smith-service-control-1.1.0-01.noarch.rpm module?

Also, when I try to access an i-bay from my Win2k desktop, I get the following:

is not accessible.
The network name cannot be found.

I'm not promted for a username or password; I just get that message.

Hmm, it seems I only have the file sharing problem when accessing the share via My Network Places (aka Network Neighborhood) or via \host_name in Internet Explorer.  If I type in \IP_of_sme in IE, I have no problem.  Is this how it's suppose to work?
