email server problems

I have verision 5 with all mail patches installed. The server is behind a firewall with nescessary ports opened. Whenever I send an email to a certain server @ 66.78.8.168 I get an error from qmail.. Anyone have any Ideas?

Above message says it all....the other end mailserver doesn't allow relaying...
Seems like it's not at your end.
