HELP!!!!!

I do not know what has happened during last 3 days but I run into problem with mail server.
Description:
I have user@domain.ee user@domain1.ee ....user@domain8.ee
Previously: If i send e-mail to user@domain.ee -e-maiol is received only in domain.ee mailbox not to domain1.ee
One user several DIFFERENT e-mails and mail boxes.

What I have now: if I send e-mail to user@domain.ee this e-mail appears in every mailbox user@domain.ee user@domain1.ee etc.
I get 8 copies of the same e-mail.

HELP needed how to go back to my previous setup!!!!!!!
(e.g. user@domain.ee only gets e-mails for user@domain.ee)

Just wanted to add that if a message is deleted from one mailbox it disappeares from all!!!!!!!!

That's because they're all the same mailbox.  user@domain1 = user@domain2 = user@domain3.

Thanx DAN! But the question: How could they be separate previously?
To justify this I can tell that user@domain.ee had e-mail forwarding and that was working only for him! E-mails coming to other account (user@domain2.ee) were not forwarded. No every e-mail to any of this accounts is forwarded.
I see that in my previous setam maybe something were wrong-but I really liked it and want it back.
I was using e-smith 4.0b4 with some updates (as best of 4.0 series) and then upgraded to 5.0, and configuration was preserved).
