Topic: no access to server-admin

Hallo all,

I got a problem accessing the sercer-admin.
it says "no permission to access common/noframes" even from the menu.
This happend after installing phpmyadmin from rpm.
And honestly i was lookink for that file "noframes" but did not find it.
Please help, otherwise my boss may getting angry with me.
