problem with procmail, every mail goes to admin and user

Hello again,

I have Stephen Nobles procmail running on my machine now.
It seems to work, when the domain name of the server is the same of my ISPs' mail account, otherwise it doesn't work, every mail goes to admin.

Even if I have same domain name on machine and ISP there is the problem, that the user gets the mail and the admin - why the admin? I set up a filtering rule ...

Is there a possibility to set a procmail filter to delete any other mail than the filtered for users?
