Is it possible to have PHP-based filemanagers (like PHPmyexplorer) NOT
browsing outside their own webspace or "to lock them into their homedir"?
It's possible in PHPmyexplorer to config this in config.inc, but users can
change this easily. I would like to be more secure by editing php.ini
