Topic: new insall SME5 can't pass LI

My new amd first insall of SME5 can't pass LI on a boot from the HD which are RAID1 setup in the install of SME.
It will boot OK from the floppy created during the install.
Do I need to install again?
A fdisk of the 2 drives shows a small Non-DOS 16% and a EXT DOS 84% partition.
