Publish userdirs on the www server

Hi all,

When i create a user with the web manager, it creates a userdirectory with two subdirs. one named home and one named mail.

What i would like is that the script whichis doing this ( at least i think it is a script, but i cant find it) creates an extra subdirectory under the user directory called WWW.

The idea is that this automatically created dir has an "symbolic link" ( is this correct ? ) as a subdir on the web server. accessible for the public (evreryone read access)

i.e. i create user John, the system creates the mailbox and userdirectory
One of the dirs is calls John/WWW and the index.html thsi john places in this directory is accessable as www.server.xxx/~john for public access...

Can anybody tellme how to do this ?
(please in simpel steps, i have no knowledge of linux whatsoever)
I installed the e-smith server in 15 mins and it took more time to find out that
:q exits VI  :)
