I have attempted to set the parameter fs.file-max in sysctl.conf and even after a reboot I get the same error in the log.smb file.
the error I get is:
smbd/files.c:file_init(215)
file_init: Information only: requested 10000 files, 1014 are available.
I need more files for samba shares.
Can someone help please.
