IMP 3 and 5.1.2

Ok, here's something new.  I upgraded to 5.1.2 last week and then upgraded IMP to v3 per Dan's How-To. (Thanks Dan!!)
Here is my strange problem:  Every once in a while when you go to check your webmail (using https, http is not allowed) you will see a username already inserted in the user field.  From what I have seen the names that generally appear, "admin" (my account) and "mp3", which is not a user, but I do have an ibay by that name.
Has this happened to anyone else?  Or can anyone shed some light on the situation for me?

Terry

I've seen it on occasion, but I haven't been able to tie it to anything.  FWIW...

Thanks Dan, I'll keep my eye on the board and see if it ever gets resolved.

Terry this is also happening to me. I see "admin" in the username field often when I go to the webmail page. I'm also running IMP 3.0 on SME5.1.2. I haven't been able to trace it to anything yet, but I'm still looking.

I wonder if this might be related to some sort of form auto-completion or something.  When you're seeing "admin" there, had you previously logged into the server-manager system?  If you close all your browser windows and try again, is it still there?

It happened to me on a totally new computer in one of our training rooms at work.  I had never used the machine before and when I hit my webmail page it put in "mp3" as the user (which doesn't exist on my SME).  So, by that I don't think it has anything to do with auto completion.  Also, it doesn't happen every time I go to webmail, just on and off.  As well, another user checks his mail from a totally different network (which I have never been on) from his workplace, and he has seen both "admin" and "mp3" in user boxes.

Can someone post a link to the "how-to"?  I want to upgrade IMP to version 3, but I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks!

Thanks!  How do I do this through SSH?  I enabled "Allow administrative command line access over ssh:" but if I select "Exit from the server console" I get booted from my SSH session.

Thanks!

Login using ssh with a program such as putty as "root" and your admin password, that will take you to the command line.
