Technically speaking, your primary web site is always linked to any ibay, including those that are virtual domains.
For example:
http://mydomain.com/ points to the primary web site.
http://myvirtual.com/ points to an ibay called virtual.
I can further access this virtual domain indirectly via
http://mydomain.com/virtual/So, I would say that the primary site is somewhat connected to all virtual domains and their web sites by virtue of the ibay system.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Would there ever be a need to prevent this from happening? I don't know...
