Hi,

may i know Port 21 automatically enabled ?

because i try to ftp from my pc, i cant ftp to any website

If you use a PC behind an e-smith firewall then FTP to the outside should not be a problem. Port 21 for outgoing traffic is automaticly enabled.

If you want to FTP to your firewall / server then it should be enabled in the remote access panel in the server-manager.

i try to ftp to homex.coolconnect.com using cuteftp software

it keep trying to ftp but cant connect to it

is there any way i can try

A ping returned an ip:  202.172.225.38  without a reply.  If this is your SME IP address, can the admin manager pass the internet test?  If so, did you install as a private server?

actually i try to ftp to homex.coolconnect.com but i get the result no reply

Pinging the host name "homex.coolconnect.com" returns an IP address of 202.172.225.38 which is the "A" host record listed on the name server for your domain.  If your SME server's external IP is not 202.172.225.38 then you have to get the Name Server DNS records updated.  If you are the admin contact for coolconnect.com, you should be able to get this done.  Ping is used to test if your computer can communicate with the remote computer.  In your case, you should work on getting the communication working, then try FTP.  

If your SME server's ext. IP is 202.172.225.38, then you have a problem with your server or your connection to the internet.
