I was just reading the PHP advisory at:

On February 27th, a newly patched version that fixes the broken boundary check vulnerabiliy(ies) has been released.

They direct you to PHP's website at:
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

and there you'll see the PHP 4.1.2 release as a .tar.gz download.

Has anyone successfully implemented PHP 4.1.2 yet?
