I also have this problem, but only from an external website.  I host a few sites, and need to have access to my ftp space from outside the local lan.

Also, I am having a problem with having a password on external access to a web site.  If I enable this, the web site is still accessable from the internal lan without a password, which is correct, but no matter what combination of username / password I use from the outside, I can't enter the site.  Is this related?

Hope someone can help.

Cheers..

I have successfully fixed my own problem...  There is a separate login to the web site which has to be enetered to access the web page from the outside.  This is the name in which it is called in the I-Bay, and the password which it is assigned..

This is the same for writing to the ftp of that I-Bay - you can login with other users, but not have written writes.  Using the name of it fixes that problem.

Cheers E-Smith for this wonderful product!!
