Topic: ftp configuration on ibay

I got a problem with ibays.

I host difrent domains and I want each costumer to go directly to the specific ibay with there own virtuelt domain and no where else.( with ftp )

So that the are able to upload and download.........

but it seems like that nobody can upload?
I am a newbi to all this, but i still try to work it out.

another thing is that my ftp is wery slow ??????
