Topic: VPN between 2 SME512

Hi

A few months ago someone queried how to setup a VPN between two SME512 machines. Someone else responded with a few configuration changes that set the machine up similar to the service link configuration and enabled the site to site vpn.

I need to get this going between 2 dynamic IP locations (otherwise ipsec would be fine). I have searched back through the phorum for the entry but cannot find it. I have also been investigating TINC but it requires to much work to get installed.

Can someone please point me to the repsonse in question or even email me the information.

If you are setting up a WAN you will probably want to set up routing path using the settings in Local Networks on the SME server. We are setting one up next week. I will let you know what happens.
