I have a big problem with e-mail
e-mail is not delivered to users. It is only delivered when using webmail (send mail via webmail to another user or external e-mail works). But when I send a message via a client (internal or external) the message is not delivered, even not forwarded when applying "deliver locally and forward option"

If I can't repair it, how can i recover all pending messages and transfer them to another mailserver (or new install)
