Topic: restrict user web access

Hi,

Is there a way to restrict users access to the web? .  I want to setup an internet access group, so that only members of this group can access the internet.

I have found plenty of ways to prevent external > internal, but none internal>external.

if you are using squid proxy, you
can set login/password to restrict
access to internet .
