Reading the information avaiable it seems like the only possibility to make an vpn with freeswan, is between two sme servers. My case is that I have one sme server and I want my users to be able to access it from home. How do I do?

use pptp
it is in the manual under remote access
very easy and works like a charm, tho not as secure as ipsec
i use it all the time

It helps if you don't only focus on the letters VPN by also consider PPTP....
