Topic: Snort Acid on ppp0

Hi everybody,

I have followed the forum here and get snort-acid running on eth0.

Now I have setup a pppoe link to my ISP and edited the snort.conf to work on ppp0.  and seems the database(mysql) still remembers it was original setup to deal with eth0. (click on "sensor" didn't show ppp0)

I have 2 questions here, shall I uninstall acid - snort entirely and how ( rpm -e for all those rpm -Uvh I had done ?)
and have anyone successfully run snort on ppp0
