Topic: https and server admin broke

had a power cut on monday and blew my external network card  
replaced it and set it up but now i can only get access to the server admin using http://server:980
if i go to  http://192.168.1.1:980 it comes up with network error
and the https gives the same error.

as for the https certificates i am using ones that i created begining of this year and have been running till now.
(yes i did reinstall them after template rebuild)


Any Ideas how to fix this
