Second Internal Interface with separate NAT'd subnet
« on: June 28, 2002, 03:17:17 AM »
I've searched the forums and found some partial answers.  I have an external internet connection.  I want to have 2 separated internal networks.  I don't want the internal networks to be able to access each other.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Internet  [eth0 24.x.x.x]
   + e-smith [eth1 10.0.10.1/255.255.255.0]
                             +LAN1
   + e-smith [eth2 10.0.20.1/255.255.255.0]
                             +LAN2

LAN1 cannot access LAN2

Hello Steve I try that you can do, but is imposible on this moment because E-Smith support 2 NIC“s if you want to try that you want try MANDRAKE SNF or MANDRAKE CORPORATE.

Hi,

It is possible to add more nic's to e-smith in addition to the default 2.

Take a look here:

and examine setp 3. Maybe it helps.
