mem usage 98%???

mem usage 98%???

looking at phpsysinfo it says my physical memory is 98%.  This is with 256 MB of ram. Is this correct?  I dont remember 5.12 ever being this high.

Samba and a few others daemons cache memory, run 'free -m' at the console to retrieve your true usage and cached memory usage.

I have the same problem...98%.  This is since I installed version 5.5.  Clean install no upgrade. Does anyone know how to fix this?  Is it a bug.
