So from there all you do is enable DHCP on the e-smith server via the control console, reboot if necessary.  On the NT box, remove any IP configuration entries, select use DHCP and reboot the workstation.  Assuming you are using e-smith 4.1.1 and accepted the defaults when you enabled DHCP, your NT box will be assigned IP = 192.168.1.65, SN = 255.255.255.0, GW=192.168.1.1, DNS=192.168.1.1.  At the NT box, open the command prompt and use 'ipconfig /all' to verify.
