Topic: Download Managers

Hi,

Does anyone know of or run any sort of download manager / scheduler on e-smith?  It would be cool to have something maybe with a drag and drop web based or console type of front end where downloads etc. could be scheduled on stored in user's directories.

Any ideas?

PS.  What version of Red Hat s SME 5.5 based on?  I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

I'm not aware of any kind of download manager for SME as such; I'd expect that would generally be more of a client-side issue.  SME 5.5 is based on Redhat 7.2, though the kernel is still 2.2.19-7.0.8.  A change to a 2.4 kernel is said to be on the drawing board for the next release.
