Bandwidth Per IP
« on: July 24, 2002, 01:50:28 AM »
Is there something out there that can tell me how much bandwidth each IP address is using over the internet. Not just through surfing. I need total bytes sent and received. We need to find out who the hogs are.

Thanks,

Check out IPAC.

Thanks for the response.

When I go to that website, you can only download the source for IPAC. If I am correct, there is no compiling in e-smith??

I thought then, I'd use rpmfind. I found an ipac-ng, which does have an rpm for binaries available. Problem is, when I rpm -Uvh the file, it says I need iptables installed. I'm pretty sure iptables is installed (not sure how to check). Is iptables in a different spot on e-smith than on a regular linux box?

Thanks,
Robert Birch
