Topic: qmail-scanner ....again

I know this has been asked before but I haven't found anyone with a solution:  Has anyone tried and successfully installed qmail-scanner (aka scan4virus openantivirus.org and qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net) on 5.1.2?  It looks great but alas i'm still new to the box and may try it myself but would hate to break something.

Any help?

I had better luck installing OdeiaVir / F-prot on my home e-smith server.  At work I have the RAV solution.
