Topic: External Connectivity and ASP Site

I facing two problems on shifting to SME 5.0
1) After installing the server i cant access the site or webmail from out side my network.
2) I have to dump my website which is in ASP to SME

Details
a) I have a couple of fixed IP address
b) My domain is registered to one of the fixed IP address
c) I can access my site and webmail from within my network
d) i can send emails outside but cant receive any of them
