All the files in the Primary directory?  I would like to start over, but I don't want to have to re-image the system.

i believe that the daten in primary are your daten. U can just delete them and put in your new ones!!

Are you refering to the primary ibay?  If so, the only thing in there is a very simply html document:  ../primary/html/index.html.    If you've lost your index.html file, simply create a new one and place it the html sub-directory.  If you're not sure how to create an index.html file, use the following (replace hello world with what ever you want to be displayed):
