Topic: Resetting quota violators

I have serveral users that failed to meet the deadline to reduce the amount of storage they use on the server (email only).  Their webmail accounts now show 0 messages, yet they have lots of email in their mail folder.  What is the most appropriate way to reset the account so they can see their email to delete it?

I don't want to have to manually delete all the email from the server, and I don't want to delete/recreate the account.

Server is 5.1.2.  Quotas at 20MB for warning, 30MB max.  These accounts that are 'frozen' have less than 25MB.
