Hello, I have plugin a tekram scsi card with tape backup HP surestore
but i doesnt load the scsi driver at the boot.
How should I do?

You need to find out what chipset the Tekram card uses and then chase down a driver for it. I'm think that card uses the dc395x_trm module. You can grab a driver for it from here
ftp://ftp.aurema.com/private/damienc/external/e-smith/dc395x/dc395x-135-1.i386.rpm
then install the rpm and do a modprobe dc395x_trm.

My card is DC 390U2W, i found the driver but how can I install it?
they tell me to compilate the kernel???
