Topic: dungog custom backup

I just purchased the custom backup and it works great except for I can't get it to make the smaller backup sets. It works flawlessly if I keep it in one file. I installed the rar rpm from dungon.net and still doesn't work. This is a fresh install of 5.5. the desktop for backup is an nt40 workstation with ntfs partitions. RAR works from the command line, but not from the web page. Any Ideas? I'm kinda new to the command line interface, and would appreciate any help with the command line syntax on this.

Presumably the software you purchased came with support. You should ask the supplier to help you.
