Topic: web administrator interface

before upgrading I had the web interface running, after a successful upgrade
no web interface has anyone experienced this also?
I thought it might have been my configuration but on a fresh install the
same thing happened again.
Has any experienced this or fixed it pls?

Could you give us bit more info like what version did you grade from etc......
